Privacy

We take your privacy seriously, especially because agreements are personal. Here is a plain-English summary of how your information is handled.
What we collect
We collect the details you give us to create an agreement — things like your name, email address, and the description of your deal — along with basic account information needed to sign you in.
How we use it
We use your information to run the service: to structure your deal, to help you and the other party reach an agreement, and to record a clear history of who agreed to what and when.
Keeping private conversations private
When you work out a deal together, each party is interviewed separately and privately. Your raw answers are never shared with the other party. Only a neutral synthesis used to draft the agreement is shared — never your individual transcript.
Signing records
When an agreement is signed we keep an immutable record of the signing event — including the document fingerprint and the consents given — so both parties have a trustworthy account of what happened.
Your choices
You can ask us about the information associated with your account at any time. We only keep what we need to provide the service.
